Shipping + Returns
We ship all our completed pieces through USPS, insured with required signature on delivery. We will contact you at the time of shipment with tracking information and an estimated delivery date if applicable. If you have any concerns or your package appears damaged, etc. please promptly contact us at (802) 864-4238.
As a small gallery, we have a firm return policy. Within 10 days of purchase we will refund your purchase. We ask that you provide the original means of payment for this refund. We will issue store credit up to 30 days after the purchase for the full amount. Exclusions include sale items, special orders, custom designs, and any altered pieces. These are not refundable. If you are unhappy with a custom designed piece, please reach out to us when it is delivered/received. We will work with you to remedy the situation.
