Our Story
 

Welcome to Designers’ Circle & Vintage Jewelers! We are a true Vermonter’s jeweler, offering a range of casual, elegant, and antique styles, taking you from the trails, to the office, to a night on the town.

Founded in 1975, Designers’ Circle was started by Dennis Bosch. Our current owner, David Sisco, worked with Dennis as a bench jeweler. David had started his own business providing jewelry design and repair in 1987, while continuing to do repair and benchwork for Designers’ Circle. In 1997 David purchased Designers’ Circle from Dennis. In the years since, we have expanded our offerings to include custom jewelry design, jewelry repair, and jewelry appraisal services.

In spring of 2016, Dolores Kurjan, owner of Vintage Jewelers, moved her curated collection of Vintage and Estate Jewelry to our store. She had previously worked at Designers’ Circle Jewelers, among other jewelers, learning the business before eventually opening her own Estate Jewelry store, Vintage Jewelers in 2008. Dolores is an expert in antique jewelry, and studied at the Gemological Institute of America.

Together, David and Dolores have created a unique collection of modern and estate jewelry, a meeting of eras which seamlessly flows throughout the store. Visit us today, get a coffee next door and peruse our collection of local artists and one of a kind estate jewelry.
